The Cleveland Browns got good news on Saturday when they activated safety Ronnie Harrison, but not in other news when they announced Denzel Ward and Kevin Johnson will be out.
According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, Ward and Johnson will remain on the COVID-19 list and will not make the trip to Pittsburgh.

The Browns were already facing a tough task with Steelers receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster, Diontae Johnson and Chase Claypool.
In Cleveland's four games without Denzel Ward:
— Mike Glennon looked like a viable starter in Jacksonville.
— Ryan Tannehill threw for 389 yards.
— Lamar Jackson went nuts in second half.
— Mason Rudolph threw for 315 yards.Probably just coincidence.

Last week against the Steelers in Ward’s absence, the Browns started Robert Jackson and he struggled against Mason Rudolph.

Jackson is in his second season and a 2018 undrafted free agent that was signed by the Indianapolis Colts.
He joined the Browns’ practice squad later that season.
Prior to his start last week against the Steelers, Jackson seen mostly all his reps on special teams.
The Browns will also be without Joel Bitonio, receiver KhaDarel Hodge and head coach Kevin Stefanski because of COVID-19.
The team also announced that they have activated tight end Harrison Bryant and linebacker Malcolm Smith.
